It takes a knowledgeable and collaborative team of school leaders to process and manage data in ways that lead to informed decisions that support continuous school improvement and academic success for all students. Leaders and their stakeholders have come to realize that all aspects of data – from methods of collection to analysis to application to storage – serve as vital components of accountability and change. Professional development sessions are offered annually in June and throughout the year in individual schools. Using real-time data, participants actively engage in practical experiences, exercises, and discussions that participants can apply in their schools.
